This Disclaimer governs your use of the C-Intelli platform and any reports, scores, indicators, briefs, or other outputs it produces (the “Outputs”). By using C-Intelli you accept this Disclaimer together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Commercial intelligence tool — informational only
C-Intelli is a commercial prospect-intelligence and data-enrichment tool built for business (B2B) sales teams. Its Outputs are provided for lead prioritization and internal commercial decision-making only.
2. Modeled estimates
Indicators such as estimated income, deposit potential, minimum deposit capacity, and affluence band are modeled estimates generated by a variety of data-gathering methods in combination with probabilistic inference.
3. Not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice
Nothing produced by C-Intelli is financial, investment, credit, legal, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
4. Not a regulated compliance, KYC, AML, or sanctions screen
C-Intelli does not perform, and does not purport to perform, any politically-exposed-person (PEP), sanctions, watchlist, adverse-media or other regulated compliance screening, and produces no such indicator. You remain solely responsible for meeting your Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Anti-Money-Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and sanctions-screening obligations through appropriate regulated tools and processes.
5. AI-generated content
Broker briefs, summaries, icebreakers, and similar text are generated by artificial intelligence based on the data provided to the system. You should verify before acting on them. Any use of an AI-generated statement to a prospect remains at your own risk.
6. Your responsibility for lawful use
You are solely responsible for how you use C-Intelli and its Outputs, including having a lawful basis to process the personal data you submit, and for complying with all applicable data-protection, financial-services, marketing, and anti-spam laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on any Output. This Disclaimer is subject to the limitation of liability in our Terms & Conditions.
